Grinderwald, for some one of the major villains from the Harry Potter saga, but it is also a greatly pleasing skiing resort in Swiss Alps. Just an hour on the train from the country's administrative capital Bern and you're right in the middle of glaciers cheerfully skiing! Bern itself offers some good walks around - on the local hills and along the transparent icy river that bows the town.
